I don't think many people understand the affect of the earthquake. After seeing these pictures I was scared and terrified. So many people are taking this so lightly! I feel so helpless and unable to do anything for the people of Japan. Many people in Hawaii were worried about the tsunami and schools were cancelled. Fortunately, we are safe and only had a small affect of slightly rising waters. I hope Japan can recover from this major event. -Megan
